O Tannenbaum, o Tannenbaum!! GL Krotchi!!
Hahahahaha

Well I just got the call from the dealer....new alternator - covered under CPO. But the battery is shot and that ISN'T covered. ($350), the car is also due for a vehicle check ($65)

So with the $50 dollar deductible it's gonna be $465 + tax.....

Sorry to hear about your car trouble again. You'd better do something about this. It really started to smell like a lemon to me. GL
How do can I do something about it if I am already at 36k miles and second owner?

I don't think the owner matters but what matters is the fact that it's an 04', over 35k. When my uncle tried to fight for his car, he unplugged the odometer at 30k so he wouldn't go over.

Nice

So new verdict - don't need a new battery - replaced alternator and did vehicle check - total was $120.

That's much better than before! Maybe you should complain to BMW? I doubt that all these problems happened just to you. They should've known about problems before CPOing it

Meh... I don't really care anymore... by now I basically have a new car anyway so I am not that worried. I am selling the car soon and either getting a 335i or E46 M3...

Good to hear it worked out for you Marc.

Just be careful throwing stuff at other vehicles in Fl. Most true rednecks are armed, illegals too, you don't need a permit to have a weapon in a car, just to carry concealed.

I was going to post the firearm laws that came with my renewal but can't locate them right now, there not quite as simple as stated earlier, but pretty lenient.

Why don't you get a new VOLT with a long cord?
