I've been trying for some time to get a definitive answer on the difference between "Sports suspension settings" and "M Sports suspension". These are offered as options on cars sold in this country (South Africa), SA226 and SA704 respectively. The dealer wants me to believe they're the same but RealOEM suggests that they're not - the part numbers for the struts and shocks are different. I would be grateful if anyone can enlighten me.

I have the sports suspension but the ride was ruined by lowering springs(looked good though). Since the car is five years old I bought new springs and shocks but preferred the M sports suspension to regular sport. I think they're firmer but sit lower than the sports suspension. I will confirm this once I'm done with the installation. DIY to follow.

M Sports suspension
S704A=Yes
01 LEFT FRONT SPRING STRUT 1 31327905313 $513.80
01 FRONT RIGHT SPRING STRUT 1 31327905314 $513.80

Sports suspension settings
S226A=Yes
01 LEFT FRONT SPRING STRUT 1 31316766997 $471.08
01 FRONT RIGHT SPRING STRUT 1 31316766998 $471.08

M Sports are a little bit expensive than Sports.
BTW, Van.

I can recommend the M Sport suspension with 19" wheels with NON-run-flat tyres.I tried the same model with 18"wheels fitted with run-flat tyres and the ride was harsh.

There is actually a total of 5 strut options:
1) Standard
2) M Sports
3) Standard with Dynamic Drive
4) Sports
5) Sports with Dynamic Drive

I could not find the corresponding coil spring part numbers.
