What's the fix for the Squeaky Rear brake-pad sensor? Was the part updated to resolve the fix? My brake pads are fine and should not be replaced.

A few days ago, I sprayed a small amount of lithium grease targeted at the end of the sensor on the inner side. The squeaking has now stopped. I'm not sure now long this fix will last though.

I used genuine BMW brake pad sensors on my E60 and E90. Haven't had any issues with noise.

Is that the reason for the squeak? My brake scream when I brake at a certain depth and during release the brake... Not sure if that's the same case ...

Does brake pad sensor squeaks? Is it not the pad seating on mount and caliber seating? I am planning to change the rear brake rotors and pads. Sensor has very little contact with pads/rotors,chances of squeaking is very less. Try applying some anti-Squeak paste..
