Anyone else got this? Only seems to happend while accelerating from stationary or braking.
Seems to come from the lower back part of the driver's seat. Any solutions?

Eggz,
Using the switches beside the seat, I lifted it to the max. On all the joints below the seat, I treat it with WD-40. It worked for mine. Give it a try

I remember I highlighted some problems to RF during our last meet and he arranged to have them fixed the very next meet.

My Ride: 2006 535d MSport ; Retired at 110,000 miles
October 2010: 2010 535d MSport; Space Grey/Black Dakota, Adaptive Xenons, High Beam assistant, Prof. Nav, Voice Control,SAT, Adaptive Drive, Powered boot, Comfort Access, Climate Comfort W/Screen, Surround View, Side/Rear Sunblinds, Comfort Seats, HUD, Active Cruise, TV, Prof Loudspeaker, Night Vision, Lane Change warning, 4-Zone A/C, split rear seats, Speed Limit Display
Just a thought; I had creaks on acceleration and braking, drove me mad.....I was CERTAIN it was the passenger seat. ( 535d sport with comfort seats )
Into the dealer, who told me it was the door card ( the panel that holds the armwrest etc etc ) creaking, not the seat, and that it was quite a common problem - he fixed it quite quickly and the problem hasn't come back.
