Squeaking sound coming from under glovebox???

This is the second time i've heard it. Sounds like when a hampster is running on the pinwheel in his cage. Any ideas?

My Ride: 545i Sport 6M

When I had that problem, it was the e-box fan and it was replaced under warranty. The second time I had that problem, it was an auxiliary water pump that was located back there too.

I've also noticed that when i come out some mornings, the is condensation also on the pas side windshield by the dash. Is this related to the sound?
