Try this one: When driving and you hear the sqeaking, reach above your head and press up on the sunrroof shade at the very rear of it just before it enters the headliner. This is on both of mine and I havn't decided what to do about it just yet.
Another source is the rear window deck area. That squeaks sometimes but I havn't figured out where/how to make it stop.

Yup, same here. Sunroof squeaks/whistles and also sounds like two pieces of styrofoam are rubbing around the deck lid during the winter time when there's snow/ice on the car.

Some little squeaks from the rear seats area here from time to time. Was sitting in the back with my girlfriend driving but it's impossible to find the source of sounds. The dealer said the car is quiet as new and they can't do anything about it.
On the interior squeaks part, BMW is as crappy as anything else on the market. Which is not right for a 60K+ car (when new).
Cars are dead quiet only up to 10K miles. Major fail.

I try to track mine down and kill 'em. Just about my only hobby these days!
Here is my next fix (new car - did it on last 2 E60s) ...
The drivers seat makes a "ticking" or "clicking: noise when my weight shifts like stoping/starting or making a turn. My SA fixed both my previous cars by adding in a felt padding between the plastic cover (that holds the seat switches).
My new to me 535 is making the same noise but it is out of new car warranty and I have to do this one myself - doing in Sunday morning - I hope I get it.
After that I intend to track down how to stop that sunroof squeak - it is on both my cars
