if you are experiencing the same problem i had the fix is quite simple.
as i said earlier in this topic my drivers seat runners were making contact with the black plastic vent/speaker grill that is fixed to the floor of the vehilce approx in the middle of the seat, move your seat back as far as it will go towards the rear seat and then take a look underneath, you should see it.
my bmw dealer simply took the seat our and adjusted it so that it no longer made contact with this plastic cover on the floor. problem solved and its been silent ever since.

Well got my car back and they did something with the frame to stop the squicking.. In the end it squicks Worse!!!!!!
This really sucks!!! Well the car has to go back in for the unbalanced tires anyway so then they can fix it (with a nice wooden panel on the front dash) hehehee
