Squeaking backseats

Hello everyone,
My back seat ( i think it is the bottom part, passanger side only) squeaks since I got the car ( 28,000 miles). Even though it is still under the warranty and I took it to the dealer couple times, but it was never fixed.
Anyone knows an effective fix to this squeaking ?

What year and model is your car?
Does the squeaking occur if someone is sitting back there or when the back seat is empty?
Are you sure it is the seat? Some E60 cars have had a problem with squeaking door seals. There is a service bulletin on that issue.

It's probably the trunk monkey moving around...slip it a tranq and it'll quiet down.... 
BTT: run a quick search on it...there are a lot of threads regarding squeaks coming from the back seat/door/parcel shelf area...good luck...
