Take a look at this site. You would be surprised to know where the squeaks come from, everywhere and often where you don't think, or rather not the obvious. The actual door panels and a lot on the trim parts can also be an issue. It help if you can sit in the car as a passenger to press on things to see if the noise changes or goes away. Once you find the source, you can try a few temporary things to see if you can control it such a piece of felt, tape. Anything to brake the contact. Once you locate it, try some anti-squeak compound. Here is a site but there are plenty of others. All the interior suppliers of our cars use this type of material when they produced the parts. Leather is one of the biggest problems for noise. They make it in a transparent brush on and some have a slight color to them.

Put vaseline on a rag and coat the rubber seals/felt on door and also on the body. Squeak will be gone. Been doing for 10 years.
