The only thing which passed it all day were Caterhams and a couple of Supercharged MX5's, even they had to wait untill the bends

It's pretty cool to see an E60 on a track.
I'd be interested know exactly how much body roll I have with my ACS anti roll bars compared to standard and ARS

...However, if you get SP, I would ditch the RFT immediately - IMHO, the ride is too harsh with both...

Buy a Lexus if you don't order the Sports Package. SP = BMW. Non-SP = Non-BMW.

Good Evening,
The lease on my 07 530i expires in October andI have begun the plans for my next 5. Question is do you feel the sports package is a must? My current vehicle does not have it and I think it handles great, yet I have always some what regreted not getting it after talking to others. For those that have it can you tell me your thoughts, why it is so great, how the firm is the ride etc.
Thanks

If handling is not your thing, and you are considering a 535 or 528, the benefits are the multi contour seats which are a must have for me and the shadowline trim which I personally prefer. The multi contour seats can be ordered separately but to get the shadowline trim you need the sports pkg.

I have the Sport package and can't imagine (i.e. won't) ever getting another BMW without it. I just love driving it and while the power can be intoxicating it's actually the handling and "riding on rails" feel that puts the biggest smile on my face...
I went to "wash my car" last sunday and ended up hitting some of the hill-country roads south of Nashville over the weekend "on the way"... never gets old
..turned into a 5 hour trip to the car wash. My girlfriend doesn't even call to see where I am anymore
