Nobody knows for sure what the Sport Auto will do vs. the "standard auto." The only information released to the press is that it will have thumb shifters, throttle blipping and faster shift times (but no data on "how much faster"). I'm waiting to place an order until I have a chance to compare the 535i and 550i, and so I can have the Sport Auto. To me, it's worth the wait.
