Hartge makes Classic2's in 19" as well. Here's the info from their website (in the E60 section):

My Ride: 2004 545i - 6 speed manual (July 04 build), silver-grey/black, sports package std equipment (18", active roll, active steering, adaptive headlights), premium sound, bluetooth enabled, folding rear seat, lumbar, 3m hood/bumper protective film, rear tint, euro reflectors.
Its all in the offset. The tires fit a wide range of tires and the track will be the same on a 9.5 or 10" rim.
a 9.5" 166M rim with 28mm offset (I think) and 285/35/19 will fit without a problem - but you are right at the edge of the fender and with a tire that large you can not extend anymore out. So, going to a 10" rim, you need to move the rim inward a bit.
