Car data >> limit

Is your problem scrolling through the menu's? Select/go to Car Data, (you'll automatically be on Onboard Info), pull down, go all the way to the "rightest" option of the sub-menu which is Limit, click it, and you should be golden!

(I'm doing this from memory.. and I'm really hungry.. so my brain may be slightly affected.)

Yeah I got it when a member told me to speak: Limit during the voice command but thank you all. Tons of help. I got a ticket last fathers day because the officer said I was going 90. I couldn't tell I was going that fast. I swore it was at most 75... grrr, BMW's fantastic noise-free cabin...what problems us bmw drivers must deal with...

anyway, i set my limit at 260 km/h, so if ever i'm going that fast, well, i'm not sure what the point is, really

My car must be hearing impaired because it doesn't work for me.

I have navigation, so I do have iDrive before anyone responds with, " you have to have iDrive" lol...thanks

very important feature...although I dont like the thought of limiting my speed.

+1 on "disable dsc"

My car has a factory set speed limit chime at 75mph. I cannot disable it! I can add other speed chimes via iDrive, but this one just doesn't go away!
