Speaker emitting weird noise

Through Load System, Hifi Loudspeaker System, Alu Cube Pure Interior Trim, Flashlight Cloth/Nappa Leather Sports Seats, M Sports Suspension
My car's left side speakers play up , giving out a very high pitched frequency tune which is annoying. It rarely ocurrs, but if it does, it really gets on my nerves. The solution to it is that i have to get into the i drive to make the audio to come out only from the right speakers. The problem goes off, after leaving the car for a period of time and restart it. Can anyone advise? Thanks
