Can anybody tell me which is + and - on the stock speaker? Also, what's the OEM connector part number? I can't seem to find it on realoem.com.

Thanks!

You got me. lol. I do have the schematics home. But usually the dark color (brown on it) is the negative in these cars from my experience so just look at the plug.

i used to take a small battery(AA or 9v) and tap the speakers breifly to see which way the cone moved. if it moves out, positive of battery = positive of speaker.

Why not take a multimeter and test each side while the speaker is on?
If you're wondering which of the 2 slots the plug goes in, I do believe it doesn't matter since the connections are in parallel.

Ha ha! I totally forgot about this method. It worked like a charm. The left side is negative.

Thanks for the suggestions guys!

But which of the two (two on each side per connector) is negative? They only go in one way, correct. I think Achtung stated solid brown is negative? We all have different colors so I am going to hope solid color is negative. I had to start from scratch and splice correct connectors back in.
