I don't think a full-sized spare will fit in the wheel well unless you move the equipment located in the bottom, which probably isn't a good idea. So unless you are happy to live with the spare wheel intruding up into the trunk, you'll need to get a skinny space-saver spare.
Did mine a few months ago - haven't had a puncture yet ... fingers crossed.
