On my car, wen voltage drop more than 11.5, the gearbox gets into "safe" mode, all times starts in 2nd gear, and makes no "smooths" changes. This only can be changed deleting trouble codes, also there was "tire failure" codes all times, and everything seems to be wrong when voltage drops.

The problem is not with the gear box then. One should replace battery or get the alternator checked....your tranny can go into limpmode for a blown fuse or if the MAFS is bad or not sending the correct values to the DME

These were the fault codes that were brought up in the initial diagnostic. As there is an F after the code, apparently it is a 'stored fault' and won't go away?

2875F - gearbox; gear faults
2876F - gearbox; overheating
2879F gearbox; oil level low

I had similar issues when my voltage dropped, a transmission error would come up on idrive and it would stay in that gear until I had turned my car off and left it for some time. I was also having many other error messages. Fingers crossed so far I haven't had 1 since changing the battery and alternator.
