Press the button and activate the service. You have it free for the first year so may as well. Also get the 800 number from them for concierge services that are free. They call and make reservations at restaurants etc. No charge.

I tried the SOS button when I got my ride, but to my surprise, it dialled 999 which is the POLICE emergency number here. Will tell the local dealer to change it to 995 which is actually the number to the ambulance and fire service over here. Definitely make more sense.

My dealer told mee that if you have an accident you have to push it or if you see an accident and that they come then whith ambulance,...
I think its free, we don't have BMW assist or something.
But you only have it when you ordered the phone prof.
