Some weird noises during 50+ mph

Today, i started to hear some weird noises, it sounds like that the radio's signal is bad n it makes some "seee see sup sup seeee" that kind of noise. and when i go faster, the noise gets louder. why??? p.s. I have mute the sound system so its definitely not the radio.
and its from the right side of my car. i cant figure it out where, exactly. because i gotta go fast to have that noise but meanwhile i cant do the searching at the same time..
