Correct, this is iDrive Ctrl-Alt-Del.
I have no idea how you reboot a business nav (not available in the US) system.
On cars with navigation (pro nav), you hold CD eject, DVD eject, and press radio mute (the volume knob) simultaneously.

Has anyone else had this problem.? When I brought my car in for a 15K service and they updated the software to V19 and then V19.1, my radio starting going mute for 10 Seconds randomly every 5 - 10 Minutes.

Also, turning on the wipers while you knock three times on the dashboard, right above the iDrive-screen, while you hysterically chant "Deutschland, Deutschland ?ber alles, ?ber alles in der Welt" - is also known to have a possibly positive effect on iDrive malfunctions
