So why did my equally equipped 545 not come w/the

With the options packages being equal my 525 came with power lumbar supports in the sport seats and my 545 did not?why is that?

Go figure, that's crazy. They must have screwed up the pacakages for the 545. I thought that they included it on the 545s in most configurations in the US. Are they both 04s or different MYs?

That seems like a mistake. The 545i with sport should have the power lumbar support.
Talk to your dealer about it.

This is my 2nd 2004 545 and neither one had the power lumbar sport seats that were in my 525...same exact seats just no lumbar in the 545

Thats intersting... Ya at first I couldnt find on BMWUSA where it specifically said that sports package comes with lumbar or not... for a while I thought Sport Seats dont have lumbar but thats not the case, it should have it... and does... I got it in mine with sports seats. its a 2005 tho.

For 04, Lumbar supportwas an option that you had to pay extra for. Even with a 545i 6spd SP.

yep. My '04 545i lists lumbar as separate option. $400.00.
