This is an internazional forum, not an english forum .
Are you able to find an english forum by yourself or do you need help ?

This rudeness, you better be kidding...

BTW. Do you know that this is not a love-your-own-545 / hate-diesels-forum?

Are you kidding, I hope ... Why nobody opened a thread like "I'm from Sweden, many E60 here! Do you see them around here ?" ?

I love all E60, because a US 545i is the same as mine . Like 535i, 550i, 520d, etc.
I don't understand, instead, why a UK E60 would be different ..
Once for all, can someone explain me the reason why UK members have to write "UK" in their subjects ?

Alex, although I imagine you didn't intend to be rude , that is the way your post has come across. The OP wasn't being offensive to non-londoners , in fact he asked about people in other parts of Europe and the US too.

I think because English is not your first language, that is the reason you seem to be offended by an innocent post by the OP. But you also don't realise when you yourself are rude in many posts you have made on this forum.

I found that comment offensive too. It was an innocent question, and how you found it necessary to answer like that is beyond me.

Yes, there are language barriers - but hey, forgive me if i'm wrong but this is an English speaking forum? There may be differences and nuances, but when you have clearly offended and fail to apologise i find this pretty irksome.

If you are referring to the UK, would putting UK in the post be a grammatical faux pas? I regularly see the letters 'US' on here too - but i don't see you throwing your rattle out of your pram about that?

Maybe you just had a bad day...

Lee

PS - Yes, lots of E60's in London, but that's where the money is! Still pretty rare in my home town (Eastbourne, UK), but if we were talking about Shop-a-Scoot Electric wheelchairs that would be a different story!

I see your point when someone has a technical question about e.g.. a "UK 530d" as if it's a completely different construction than the rest of the world's E60/E61s... But it doesn't make me angry.
