Snowflake Warning

Twice I have had what looks like a snowflake with a triangle around it show up in the middle of the dash. It was only displayed for a second or two and then went away. Strange thing is both times it happened around the same point on the route I take to work. I looked in the manual and couldn't find anything. Does anyone know what this warning is?

Outside temp is 37 deg or lower, possible icey roads due to water freezing...

It just means that its cold outside, winter advisory. I think it goes off when the temp falls below 37 degrees.
