I 'm scheduled to have the car delivered in January 05, so I have a sufficient amount of time for choice of color.

Wecome aboard. I ordered my 545i on 9/18, just onde after you!!, but I did not know that the estimated delivery is in Jan/05!! I got shocked. I am not told it by my salesman at all.
Anyway, my selection is siler gray and black interior. In fact, I was very hard time to pick up between Titanium Gray or Silver Gray.... Under the blight sunshine in California, Titanium gray shines beautifully with green taste, and I liked it. But when I visited there on cloudy day, TG looked like blacky, and found that Silver gray looks more vivid for me. We do not have to care about weather here in California, but I want to be perfect at any weather condition. SG thus comes out of it. As of interior, I almost decided gray leather then, but by seeing SG and black interior combination at the dealer's lot, I changed my mind. It looks gorgous!! Hope this will help.

You actually like the olive green on the titanium gray when the sun hits it? I was ready to decide for titanium gray because I always saw the car on the showroom or on cloudy days,, but then I saw it under the sun and I was horrified by that greenish look it gets. I think they mess up the color with that olive green. I like it a lot at night or on the shade thought, even more than the silver gray, just don?t let the sunlight shine on it.

juan2mini, alohalc, You guys, I thank you again for the pics. Hopefully I can send some pics of my baby once I get her. Just another question... Is the Logic 7 system worth it. Cuase I opted to get the PDC/ Cold Weather Pkg instead. Once again, I appreciate you guys' help, and all the warm welcomes from all. Stay in touch, as I will update you on my purchase and return home.

There's a long list of posts on Logic 7. Try a search for it.

IMO, I think it's worth it. I sounds very good, is covered by the BMW warranty and is integrated into the iDrive.

Logic 7 is the best stock sound system I've ever seen/listened to.
Definately worth every cent!

RUTHLESS530:
I have both PDC and Logic7. I could live without the PDC, doesn't help me very often. I wish it had an on/off switch, mine would be off 95% of the time. Logic7 is another matter, every time I drive my car I appreciate the sound system. Worth every penny IMHO. Good luck.
