I have a sighting ...not an E60 though. It was one of BMW/Oracle sailing Yacht's on a semi/truck going down the 5 FWY south near the 55 FWY....impressive looking yacht. I didn't get a chance to take a pic :\

i never get a chance to take pics.. and my phone pictures suck because they're all blurry. but i was in LA yesterday and saw a bunch of 5ers on melrose, at platinum motorsports, on la brea, and some parked on hollywood blvd. most of them were stock though.. also saw a silver ferrari at santa monica pier and a cls with subs that really bumps on franklin.

Platinum Motorsport is the place where I almost took my car to get the M-tech aero kit painted and installed. They always have a lot exotic cars there. Once I saw three Lamborghini's parked there. Yesterday in Torrance I saw a 745 with 22"s and H&R Race springs. His plates? "Platinum Motorsport." Ballers love to go there to get their cars modded. I didn't take a pic b/c I was talking to the guy while stopped at the intersection.

yeah.. i just wanted to see where it is. ive never been there before. in addition to bimmers there were benzes, bentleys, and audi, and a range rover. every single car there had aftermarket rims on them. hell yeah its baller status just look at the name "platinum" haha good stuff good stuff

was in LA today after school with the girlfriend. went to check out that "festival of lights" in griffith park.. not worth it at all though. found a road though that was enjoyable for a little spirited driving out of griffith park though haha. well stopped by the grove on fairfax and saw a black 7 series with M5 fenders and side grills. looked clean too. all e60s that i saw today were stock. but there's a junior at my school with a silver debadged 5 series that always takes up 2 parking spaces with aftermarket rims.. not sure what kind though.

I've seen so many and have only been able to capture a few. I believe this one was a 545 on my way to pick up the Mini from having some work done to it already!! I know, we're sick!
The second, I believe was a 550 on my way home, couldn't get the best shot of it though.
Lastly, saw this guy in the parking lot with these wheels... not my faves but thought they were neat for the car.

:thumbsdown: As for e60 sightings,
1. Was at Fashion Valley Mall in San Diego,Sunday 12/10/06, and saw a 550 parked in a handicap parking spot close to Bloomingdale's entrance. Had a handicapped card of course.
2. Took my car into BMW of San Diego for some minor servicing this morning, 12/11/06, saw a 530 with M-tech aero kit in for servicing as well.
Yes, I should've snapped pictures but was lazy. Don't worry I'll be back to taking pictures. Heading back to Fashion Valley Mall tonight.

Was at Vietnamese restaurant Pho Cao Dao on Mira Mesa Blvd and spotted this on the way out. Hmm... looks like the Nissan Skyline is making an early appearance. I had thought that the Skyline wouldn't be available until '08?
