That's strange.. when I test drove a 525i at the dealer last month, they pushed a button and both mirrors automatically tilted. It must be an option if it isn't standard. They didn't have a 525i the way I wanted it so I ordered it, I hope it comes with that feature!

I have full electric side mirrors but i don't have the folding option! Hmmm too bad <_<

power adjustable mirrors is one thing
DOWN tilting passeneger side mirror is another thing
and FOLDING mirrors is quite another - especially if they are by push of a button - an option NOT available to the US market as of now.

It's an option here in France. Also comes with "premium pack". Very useful.
