Default Side mirror turn yellow: help please!

Someone hit my 2004 525i driver side morror and run away. It is broken and everything else Is working.
I bought a used 530i glass and replaced it (man it is so expensive; it fits well). Somehow the mirror turn yellow; and the mirrors in the center and on the passenger side turned yellow too.
I can still see and the auto mirror adjustment still works perfectly.

Can anyone help me please? Thanks in advance.

Sorry forget to mention this is a auto-dim, heated mirror

Same thing just happened to me, the drivers side mirror is now yellow, like it's stuck in dimming mode.

Any ideas will be much appreciated.

thanks

This happened to me last year. The mirror turned like an sepia color. Actually from a distance it is seeing doubles. But doesn't really bother me enough to fix it. I can still see good from a few hundred feet.
