should i update the software?
My software version is about CIP 10.0 or less because CIP 10.0 has the Target data Status E060-03-12-525 and mine is E60 03-12-500.
My car is an E60 520i from Oct 2003. No mods yet because i just bought it for about 8 months and i had to deal with other thing more important (moving to another house) and so i did not have time to do something.
On the car everything works fine(sort of... but i will open another post for that)... that's why i am asking if i should have an update for the software. i think the cip now is about 31 ... so i am way behind.
Would i get something from an software update or i would just pay the dealer in vain?
Thank you for any answer.
