You may want to check your tire pressure too. If they left the blocks in they probably put the maximum pressure listed on the tire sidewall too.
I checked the tire pressure about a week after I picked up the car and saw it at 38psi all around (supposed to be 30F/38R). What a difference in ride when I took out that extra air! Run flats are now bearable.I'm going to check for those shipping blocks tomorrow morning!!
