Shifter Selector Replace

Hey there guys i wanted to buy a new selector just dont know how to replace my old one is there any DIY'S? i know i can just pull out the shifter but what about the rest

My Ride: BMW 530d titansilver, manual transmission
BMW 535d titansilver, automatic + AMG shift Paddles
You shift it to Neutral (N), and then pull on the shifter upwards.
Be careful not to smack your head with it
