Has anyone actually ever received a call back from their service center after making a maintenance request through Idrive? I want to make sure my center knows that I have the High Battery Drain Issue so figured I'd hit the button and see what happens. That was Monday, presumably I should have heard something by now. Am I doing something wrong?

I activated it last December, and am still waiting for a call back... I guess I should quit waiting, huh?

first time just the other day, dealer told me my car had requested a service for the micro filter, didn't even notic it, and sure enough ..... the car had called my dealer... pretty cool
