service advisor needs help

My Ride: 04 545i 6speed white/black comfort seats,l7,nav,sat,m-tech
My car was at the dealer since 2/27 for AUX IN install, regular maint. work and cpt9000 programming for BTUM. The dealer is under the inpression that no programming is needed to recognize the phone, just "plug and play". Here is the deal-- I installed the eject box and support arm, so now I know programming is needed to recognize the cpt9000. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME with a service bullitin that shows the vehicle must be reprogrammed to recognize the phone. I have been without my car for 4 days already and still no phone. This tread will be forwarded to my service advisor in an attept to help them get the job completed and for me to get my car back.
