Agree with the people that said it's not worth it. You are essentially trading for a 2 year newer same model car with slight upgrades. You selling your car at wholesale cost to acquire the same car that is slightly newer while paying thousands doesn't make any financial sense. Keep your money and throw it in a bank or upgrade whatever you want - while taking care of preventative maintenance. Like you said you've been meticulously careful about your car so why waste that effort and gamble on however that 2010 was treated..?
