Seized Engine? Worst case senario?

well how low was the oil? like not even showing on the dipstick?

wow thats crazy man. If you need a new engine check on ebay... just do a 4.4/4.8 swap now lol

Did you try simply adding oil and then try to start? that is if the motor will turn. BMW's will usually not allow the engine to start if the oil level is too low as indicated by the oil level sensor

yeah, i added the reqired oil and it still wont even crank :/

Im hoping to get word from my mechanic later today, hope its not the engine!!!

did you drain the oil? how much came out?

check on ebay. there is a recycler out of california that has lots of bmw stuff. its bavarian auto recycling i think
