Default SeaFoam Motor Treatment/ Good or Bad?

So I have use it before mixed with my fuel to clean my injectors & whatever other parts of my fuel system neeed it, it noticeably help the car drive better, or at least feel that way for awhile. I have a 2004 525i with 118k miles on the engine, it looks great and besides a rpm bounce issue it sometimes has there are no real problems with it, my question is if you guys think this treatment would be good to mix with my oil? The directions say you can add it to oil between 100-300 miles before your next oil change, which currently I'm around 150 miles till oil change so the perfect time if I do decide to add any but I would definitely like some other peoples thoughts on stuff before going as far as adding it to the engine oil. So what do you guys thing should I add some into my oil as well as my fuel or stay away from it altogether.

My philosophy is, buy good oil, buy a good filter, change both regularly, and stay away from all additives.

Just don't use it! Good quality LL01 synthetic oil w/good filter every 7500 miles and Top Tier Premium fuel, is all you need.

ok, thanks for the responses, and I know that BMW says to change oil around every 5000 miles, currently I am around 100 miles over what the sticker from previous oil change suggested next change be at, however when looking at my oil[both visually, as well as the feel & smell of the oil] it seems to still be in very good condition, I have also seen on forums where people say it is ok to go a little more than 5k between oil changes & am wondering if that's true or if regardless of the condition of my current oil change just because I'm over the 5k mark.

Pick up 2 5 quart jugs of Castro Edge European Formula 0w40 from WallyMart $23-24 per jug. The oil is BMW LL01 (Long Life 01) rated. The M54 takes 6.9 quarts for a oil/filter change, so just put 7 qts in. Purchase a good quality filter to go with it, not from WallyMart. Go ahead and change the oil now and go to a 7500 mile change schedule after you get known quality oil in it.
