Is Schwarz 2 a color?

I was under my hood looking for the exact color of my car (its black) and I found the little BMW sticker that said Shwarz 2.... is this the color... Im so lost.....hahaha

Unless I am way off base, you wont find the name of the color stamped anywhere on your car. Its a paint code that is built into the VIN. Call any dealer and they can tell you the name if you provide that VIN # I dont recall which specific set of those numbers are the paint code, but they can tell you

Yes, schwarz is the color black in the German language. Try out the translator at www.dictionary.com. Other colors: silber -> silver, rot -> red, blau -> blue, grau -> gray.
