wow that is scary cause thats a situation that could have been alot worse.. thank god it wasnt.. tell the dealer your bringing it in.. right away! let us know what happens

My friend's daughter's Accord did a similar thing. They paid no attention to it. The next week it caught fire on I-10. Turns out a wire shorted and burned which caused the fire. The initial symptom was probably caused from the wire touching metal then moving away when hitting bumps.

i want to go to the dealer and i know there going to rip me off so bad and not get shit right. One major problem is i have an aftermarket amp installed going to the earthquakes under my seat, i know there going to charge for all sorts of crap and blame it on my mods. UGHHH, hate dealers lol.

Just in case this happens before the dealer visit, If the car does die all of a sudden like that. Will the steering work and are the brakes usable?
