Where did you see the facelifted E60, Oracle?

Did you notice any other differences?

- did it have the new X5 style pistol-grip shifter?
- any other changes to the centre console and iDrive binnacle?
- are there hard-keys for air distribution on the climate control?
- is there a new steering wheel?
- what about the materials on the interior, knobs, instrument cluster etc.?
- what colour was the interior you saw, did you see any of the new trims?
- do you notice a different shape to the lower part of the boot/trunk/deck lid?

Any information appreciated...
Did the center arm rest get covered in leather like the M5 or is it still in plastic???!!!

The armrest is in leather if you have Exclusive leather, not Dakota.

Can we have a New Year's Resolution?

Let's have a break from speculation about the facelift.

You must be joking... It's far too much! In fact, you should expect the speculation to increase exponentially as we get closer to the launch.
Some of us do need to keep a close eye on the details as we are holding off placing an order until the new model is available.

Please don't get too annoyed by facelift talk in 2007 as I expect you will be hearing a lot more about it in the coming weeks and ... perhaps even seeing some on the road in the next few months.

Well since NO ONE on this forum KNOWS when that is, given the nature of the exponential function I can but hope for a low level of activity.

If it were something concrete then fair enough.

But for those who might call themselves "grown men" (notice the absence of women who are interested) wetting themselves in anticipation of something and nothing is a cringeworthy experience.

Then there are those who are DESPERATE to be the "first" to be proven "right"...

First of all... HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!

In the States the only 5 version with leather on the driver/passenger armrest is on the M series. You think it would come with leather already
