12" JL Audio Ported PowerWedge enclosure with one W1v2
20% tint
if I can feel tar strips, small bumps etc. is it my shocks or bushings that are bad? Or something else?
if I push on the bumped and let it come back on its own it doesn't oscillate up and down.

All this sounds completely normal to me, especially if you have the sport package.
