Rough idle on 545i, dealership hasn't helped. Please help!

I would replace the CCV's and not simply clean. Its a easy job. This code is typically associated with un-metered air entering the system. Also cleaning your MAF will likely do nothing. MAF's are tricky and the only real way to test is to borrow a known good one or take a chance and replace with new. If you are at the end of its service life anyway, then it isnt so bad.

I checked the CCVs and there are no tears, no rips, and look like new. Should I replace them anyway? Anything else that could be causing this?

I am having the exact same problems you were having on your 545i
I am getting the check engine light. Rough idle at times, and at times it runs like new. Autozone scanner says P0507. Did you ever fix this issue? If so what did you replace?

I used to get CEL and "increased emissions" from time to time on my 545. Cleaned MAF, replaced CCV's (even though they looked not bad either), and it helped. Two years and no CEL again...
