can someone point out to me how difficult is it to disassemble the roof upholstery of a 2004 e60 525d (no sunroof) ? Unfortunately the roof of my car got damaged and when I asked a local garage to have repaired without reaching the dent from the interior he was against the idea.

Is there a manual available that explains a step by step procedure to dissasembly the roof interior?
