Does anyone know anyone or any place in NYC that does rim refinshing?
I have a loaner 135 M and need to have a rim refinshed. There is a gouge in the rim so it needs to be filled and repainted.

Elite in Plainview, Long Island. Almost every shop that says they do refinishing, takes their wheels here and charges a middleman fee. These guys do it all and you can go direct. They just broke down my 3 piece forged wheels and refinished every section. They do great work and their prices are good.

AL Hubcaps...490 Jericho Tpke Mineola NY (516)742-6823.... He does all my work including the rims I have on now.. Al is very knowledgeable and I seen him do a lot of top class work... Just another option

Al sold all his new equipment to Elite last year, when his new shop went under. I've used Al before. His work is ok. Many shops who used to use Al, now use Elite.

Well he never gave the impression that he was sending out the wheels. My boy got to pick up from AL tomorrow.
