Has anyone install ace lip on their 525i e60? Does it go right on? Do u have to cut anything? Any help would be appreciated

 

I bought a cheap front lip ( skirt) off ebay for my 06 550. They said it wouldn't fit but it was cheap so I got it. I mocked it up the other day and looked good. I plan to paint it and put it on next week ill post some pics
