do they travel in the 5 boroughs??? AND how long does it take??
Call them Mel. This is the company that I referred all these guys to. Owners name is George. His nephew's name is George too and he might be the one that comes out. They'll come to your home or office. They do all their work in their truck, unless the wheel is bent or cracked. If it just needs to be touched up for curb rash, it's an easy job. Call them. You won't be sorry.

I feel for you...I had that terrible feeling in the pit of my gut for two days... I'm going to hopefully call George today.

Finally set it up. He's coming by to pick up the rim today. I emailed him a pic, and he said he needs to do it in his shop to get it to be 100% perfect. He's going to bring back tomorrow and quoted me $150. I'll mention your situation, and see his reaction.

Ouchhhhh. It has happened to me in previous cars but never that much. Good luck though. Glad to see it can be fixed.

Got my rim back today. George form NY Rim Fix was a super nice guy. The rim came out great (on second go around...will explain a little later). My issue is that I can see a difference in the paint between the repaired rim and the others...Not sure anyone else will notice, but I'm crazy like that. Pictures taken from my blackberry, so the quality is poor... I'll tell you that if your crazy like me, might be better to learn to live with the rash/chips, or to buy a brand new rim (or even upgrade).

George originally delivered the rim, and I wasn't crazy about the outcome. Talk about great service, he agreed that the paint could have been better, and without question, he took the rim back to the shop and had it completeely redone.

BTW - how do you update the title of the threads???
