resetting the Idrive
#1
Hi all,
Went to a Bmw dealer for a service,
Jumped in the car and a warning saying the airbags are faulty,
went inside the showroom and the service bloke said you just have to reset the Idrive.

My Ride: 530iA Silver Grey , black interior. Premium Package, Navigation System, Head-up Display, Radio Satellite, Adaptive Xenon Headlights. AC Schnitzer Front Lip, H&R springs, Rear red reflector, All season Floor mat,
Just update your software to 16.2. Everything will go back to normal. I had the same problem for the warning of airbag too.. and after updating my software the warning has disappeared.

The biggest issue we all have and are still waiting for is MP3 playback on nav (pro) cars. So, September will hopefully be a good month for us. By then, almost all bugs should be fixed.
