Replacement shocks

I have 2006 530 sport and my rear shocks need to be replaced. I wanted to purchase some bilsteins but, didn't know if I should get the heavy duty or sports. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Err, by all accounts Bilstein sports are really stiff. HD is probably stiffer than stock. Think twice ....
