Default Removing the clear plastic of the headlight

my head lights are really ruining the image of my car because of the amount of fog built up on the inside of the plastic. at first i thought it was the outside like it is in most cases, but after buying 3 cleaning kits, and no differance, i came to conclusion that it was the inside. it there any way possible of removing that clear plastic . let me know if anyones ever done this, thanks

you're gunna have to cut it open man. No real way around the internal fog issue Conact (Simon) Nomis_nech at Boss Catt Designs or Chris from Republic wraps if you plan on doing so. Might as well kill two birds with one stone while you're cleaning that bad boy out and get your headlights REALLY refreshed.
