remove dsc button plate?

Default remove dsc button plate?

to remove the dashboard plate where is the dsc button (and other ones depending on car optionals) I need to remove the enthire dash or is possible to "pop out" it from the front with a screwdriver or similar, like on E46?



do you have any pic/topic to suggest me about it?

My Ride: 2008 535i LCI with sports/premium package, Sports trans with paddle shifters, CF emblems, JB4 Software, Dinan Exhaust, Navigation, M5Tech body kit, Carbon wrap interrior trim and CIC Controller.

Yes use a plastic trim tool and start at the passenger/right side of the trim edge. Just pry up and out a little and slowly work it down towards the start button. You can either remove the emergency flasher before or after.

As tonyb635 wrote, you have to remove the wood trim first. Then you put the pry tool on the side of the DVD player and try to release the catch that secures the radio assembly to the dash.

No, I was talking a out the plate with DSC button, the zone I highlighted with a red circle....

There are screws in there to remove and all the panels are hooked in together. You have to start from the top and remove panels one at a time. After the first time it takes about 5-10 min.
