There is a step by step instruction in the DIY section. My friend and I worked on it last weekend and it was fairly easy.

I purchased NGK ILZFRD11 from O'riley autostore.

I did, too. They cost me $10/each instead of ~$22 at the dealer, or $15 everywhere else.

The spark plug gap is set at the factory.
