Rear swing out when going over bumps.
Did you buy the parts used? Blown rear struts will cause the rear end to swing around when going over slight bumps in the road. I would guess they're installed incorrectly though. Possibly forgot a part when putting the suspension together. #5 is an important one that could have been left off.
I think #5 stops the actual strut from punching through #7 the top hat. You should look in your trunk to see if that hasn't already happened. I can't remember if it's visable or not without having to remove the trunk interior. I think you can just pull that foam piece out of the way and it might be visable.
@bmdub,
Yes. I see both #5 parts in my box of rear suspension parts taken off when I upgraded to the Bilstein Sport Shocks. For some reason I remember thinking that I should not install them because the shock dust cove/boot was pointed at the top and they did not seem like they needed to be there. But I maybe wrong.

#5 allows the strut to hit the metal ring as well as the bushing on the top hat. Without it, the strut is only making contact with the metal center of the top hat and is probably punching right through the top hat so you're pretty much riding on just springs. That's my guess as to why your rear end is swinging out on you.
@bmdub,
Thanks!!! I installed part #5 (picture attached) and it seemed to do the trick. I had it realigned and drove it all day yesterday. I did not notice the rear swinging out anymore. Thank you all for the help.
